Responsibilities included construction documents and shop drawings in Revit; sketching and rendering design development; working closing with the landscape team; architectural and casework detailing; site survey verifications.

Renovation of a12,000 sf residence including a main house, guest house, pool house, tennis court and landscaping. Close attention to detail maintained throughout the house in order to preserve the historical significance of the residence but also unite the client's modern esthetic.

Beverly Hills Residence

Beverly Hills

Exterior modifications, minor interior renovations, a new pool, and new landscaping of a 5,000 sf residence. Measurements were taken on site then modeled in Revit for design development and construction documents.

Santa Monica Residence

Santa Monica

A new build of a commercial development including retail, restaurants, offices, below grade garage, and landscaping. Precise modeling in Revit was done in order to assure all buildings stayed cohesive in their aesthetic and in the drawings. (Perspective renderings by external source.)
