Hints of timeless history and seductive mystery weave in through patinated zinc, tin ceiling, and classic patent leather furniture, begging the question who may have been in your seat before you.

Responsibilities —

• Led architectural and FF&E design from concept through construction administration.

• Conducted client facing concept and design presentations.

• 3D modeled and rendered all architectural and FF&E elements of the space.

• Oversaw all documentation of the architecture and custom FF&E.

• Led correspondence and coordination with the GC and fabricators.
